with Lama Zangmo In Person
Saturday and Sunday April 22 – 23 | 10 am – 4 pm both days
Suggested donation: $30 per day or $60 for the entire weekend (scroll down to the donation button).
During this retreat we will discuss and practice the Chenrezig sadhana and compassion itself in terms of view, meditation, and application. The view is our perspective, our approach, to the practice. Meditation includes deity meditation as a technique and how it relates to other dharma practices such as calm abiding and insight. Application relates the view and meditation to our daily lives.
The practice session will include teaching, chanting (in Tibetan and English), mantra recitation and Q&A as needed. Lunch will serve as an opportunity for us to meet and (re)connect as a community.
Saturday and Sunday schedule
Session 1: 10 am – Noon
Lunch / Break: Noon – 2 pm
Session 2: 2 pm – 4 pm
