What: Lama Lena will teach on the subject of Dzogchen, a Tibetan Buddhism tradition of self-liberation.

How Much: Lama Lena has vowed not to charge for her teachings. However, if you are able, and you received benefit from her teachings you can make an offering (called dana) in person at Lotus Light. Or you can donate through Lama Lena’s Paypal.

Registration: No registration required. You are welcome to just show up. Please arrive early so you can be seated before Lama Lena arrives. Flowers for the shrine are also most welcome.

Donations to Lotus Light are also always welcome.

 

Lama Lena (Yeshe Kaytup) is a teacher of Direct Mind Perception meditation (Dzogchen & Mahamudra) and a lineage holder of several Tibetan Buddhist traditions.

Dzogchen is an advanced form of meditation that must be taught by a qualified teacher. We are fortunate to have such a skilled an experience teached as Lama Lena come to us in person.
