We will be creating a sacred circle within which to explore body acceptance, and how to have a healthy relationship with all three stages of womanhood — Maiden, Mother & Crone. Core elements of the afternoon will include embracing your inner-child with Alesia; journaling to unveil your inner wisdom with Diana; and AH will be leading a mirror exercise to better see the beauty each holds within oneself.
