Lu Jong is a form of Tibetan yoga as collected and modified by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche from the ancient Lu Jong movements. These movements have been used for millennia to maintain the health of yogis and monks.
This is a gentle practice with movements within the reach of most people, no matter their experience.
The hour-long practice consists of the following:
-
-
- The Five Elements Movements
- The Five Body Parts Movements
- The Five Vital Organs Movements
- The Six Conditions Movements
- A short meditation at the end
-
The practice is offered as an in-person, community-led session.
No previous experience is necessary and there is no fee. Donations to center are most welcome.
