Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga

Farrah Garan | Lu Jong Teacher

Coming April 30 & May 1, 2022!

This spring we are pleased to offer in-person instruction in Lu Jong, a form of Tibetan yoga.

The movements are gentle, as well as modifiable. No prior experience is needed; all abilities and ages can benefit from the practice.

Rooted in an authentic practice lineage, Lu Jong’s meditative movement and long, slow breathing patterns provide a foundational complement for meditation and deeper practices on the Tibetan yogic path.

You can learn more about Lu Jong by clicking on this link.

Farrah Garan will be visiting Knoxville and offering two classes. She has long been a student of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche and an instructor for Lu Jong which makes the teachings of Tulku-la available in the United States, Europe, and elsewhere.
