Being a Buddhist practitioner can be hard, but then again, maybe it’s easy? How’s it going for you?

Let’s show up at Lotus Light once a month, do a little meditation or movement practice and then have a long check in. People can express how their practice is going within the contexts of their very real lives. We’ll take some time to reflect, and then close with a short meditation and dedication. AND snacks and drinks will be key part of the experience!

Jill Frere, dancer, yoga instructor and practitioner, is inspired to get this going but wants to allow others to take initiative and help structure the gathering however the attendees would like. So, come on down and get together!
