Lama Zoe Logan Morris

Self compassion is an aspect of our innately nonjudgmental, clear, and spacious wisdom.

The cultivation of self compassion in our daily life is a gateway and path to recognizing this wisdom to the fullest.

By learning to care for ourselves, we recognize the source of wisdom within us, and can authentically care for the world around us.

Zoe Logan Morris lived, studied, and practiced for several years at Palpung Thubten Choling Monastery in Wappingers Falls, NY, during which time she completed a three-year meditation retreat.

She currently lives in Los Angeles, where she continues her path as a mother, dharma teacher, and artist.
