Yantra Yoga

Wednesdays at 5 PM

Join us to combine body, breath and awareness through Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan yoga of movement. Take a break from the busy week by coordinating energy and mind through gentle movement.

We will use an instructional video to help orient those new to the practice as well as refresh the movements for those who attended the recent workshop.

No previous experience is necessary and there is no fee
